Does anyone know what the status is of the metro open roadm project? Are network elements operational? Do supporting systems work?

ROADM is the Fujitsu Flashwave 9500 that have been installed in central offices throughout the country supporting high speed gigabit Ethernet used in conjunction with Telco 23 installs at customer prem and mobility cell sites. Not sure what Metro open ROADM is although OOR LNS is generally referred to as Metro
Outsourced to IBM and Corning.
