MP has been dumping almost 100 m USD shares since Oct 2021 till now. LY the same period he sold less than 60 M USD. Number of shares sold is also lower. What does that mean? knowing that the shares would dive? sell high and buy low, or get out while you can? The fact is things have not been rosy this year, but this year MP traded almost 90% of the total shares this period, LY it was less than half. something smells bad here!

If you check any insider selling tolls like open insider.com and try NKE, you will see that MP just exercises his options. Most probably these are from his last years as CEO 3 years ago. His total owned shares remain the same.
So, no he is not selling because of the bad earnings. It’s just the taxman.
