No unions to worry about. Cheap labor that the virtue-signalers in this company could care less about.
They do work that USA employees are too lazy to do.
Because most of employees in the US sit on their hindquarters and do nothing all day
They are remote Admin and Tech offices that do not have to visit customers, and they are cheap.

Quite simple. They can get 4 MBA's for the cost of 1 BA in the US, in any other country. Lots less loaded labor rate.
salary and benefits - just like how all these harvard ceos are using china slave labor to make products - they are not only exploiting a nation they are exploiting the globe because these transnational corporations are above any sovereign nation's laws.
Maybe AT&T has ‘global’ employees to support our global business partners? Maybe some international businesses need people to speak the language of their country and our global employees can supply that service. Just a hunch.
Because nothing says "American Telephone & Telegraph" like oursourcing out all our labor and intellectual property to third world countries who don't give two shakes about America's future.
