@2dic here with an update. That offer I was talking about is now real. Got the verbal offer today. The formal written one will be coming early next week, and I can hardly wait. It's feels so good. My stress level just went down to almost zero.
@1cev, right? Not a chance that I am going back to the office. This is my choice and thus it is my responsibility to get what I want. I have already made the decision to look for a new fully remote position and I have found it. Getting closer to the offer so I am so excited to submit my 2-weeks' notice to my current id--t manager. Take a week off, relax, then get going with the new position. Oh, yeah, more in base salary, same bonus, better benefits. Same level from Nike's V.A.L.U.E.S perspective - E. Bye bye....
Surely forcing everyone back into offices full of lifeless cubicles will solve the problem!
