I had to go through nine years of manipulation, gaslighting, and bullying, all aimed at ensuring I am always at work, always doing several jobs at the cost of my free time and my family. And what for? Low pay and no chance of promotion? I was desperate not to lose my job and they knew it. Once I was finally able to leave, it felt like leaving an abusive relationship. I'm still not over it, but I'm getting there. If you're in a similar situation, get out! It's more than worth it.

where did you go? Blue Cross is just as bad.
Was in the same boat. Took me about 2 years and then realized the physical and mental toll it took on me. I regret putting myself through this that and wish I could take it back. The damage is done
