Take note, the Scharfs, Powells, etc. of the world. You should be ashamed that you are not adapting, innovating, and compassionate like you hypocritically demand of your staff.

He's the guy that lowered his 1.1 million salary to 70k and made the minimum wage at his company also 70k. Innovative indeed. That would motivate me as an employee, not our bloated 7+ figure salary boomers demanding rto.
