got 120. am new hire in q4 last year so wasnt sure i qualified (even with all the emails that were sent out). my boss didnt say anything at the review. so was pleasantly surprised

They aren’t d-mb, they know RTO is going to make a lot of people rethink things. These crumbs they toss form a trail all the way to 2026.

They are in and need to be accepted. It was the same amount previously communicated and is based on salary.
Don't forget that they withhold some of the RSUs on those payment dates for tax purposes as well. Really makes the actual award barely worth hanging around.
