I don’t get it. The company wants us to volunteer a bunch of ideas to improve things but only if the suggestions don’t involve reconsidering RTO. They aren’t paying us extra for all these ideas. What’s the story??

the business execution consultants, etc. positions are now being graded on their annual reviews on how many loudspeaker ideas they implement within their assigned processes/procedures. They are pushing loudspeaker for this reason why they always say to submit any ideas there.
I'd lose some anonymity with too much detail. Just suffice to say I was told to have brought the issue up internally.
Can't go making others look bad of course.
They never acknowledge your ideas. They just want to steel your ideas freely. Don't Waste your time.
It was never intended to Really be used. Patronizing.
Why? Give us the deets
I was reprimanded for submitting to Loudspeaker. Take that as you will.
The point is to make it look like the bank is open to suggestions. But you knew that.
@ksg irony's cold, dead corpse is floating int he bathtub.
Another day another bit_chfest
Give it a break already
I feel like it’s the same bu-----t with ERN groups and ERN volunteer positions. WF is constantly asking for employees to engage, be involved in extra stuff; then they also expect you to do stretch assignments so you get experience for the next role/promotion. To me it’s just loop holes for WF to squeeze more work out of you. I’m sure other companies pull this bu-----t too, I’m over it. I do my assigned work, document it, map it up directly to my goals.
