Has anyone been successful in getting a full time remote accommodation approved for either anxiety or ADHD? I'm curious if, with a DR's note stating they should be allowed to work full remote, anyone has actually gotten the RTO exception approved yet...

I think they will consider if they can accommodate that situation in the office and what is driving the RTO now if you were no on HR approved before covid. If it is due to the neighborhood environment that could be on reason. I know mine was driven by the environment and to accommodate it may have cost WF over $10k for equipment. I am not sure about anxiety and ADHD unfortunately. I do think pre covid we did all have to make due with our issues. Not comfortable and not ideal by any stretch and i had more people complaining and ba----g on desks because of me but i had to deal with it. So yes WF will be able to see your medical records and i just sort of think with the 3 2 i try to time meetings accordingly and if it will be a full day of being on the phone i will break the rule and explain it. Also follow up to my comment just posted, it goes to hr accommodations and then to your manager once they receive everything they need from doctor. Then your manager decides if they can accommodate request (or offer alternatives). It does not go to OC member when it’s accommodation.
Yes. Anxiety and depression here. My doctor recommended it and wrote a very to the point letter, and then had to fill out paperwork basically stating the same thing as the letter.
Not everyone makes up fake ailments or excuses to not RTO.

You want to go suck Chuck’s di-k, have at it. Not everyone is so predisposed.
Can you not leave the house because of those ailments?
It buys you 6-12 weeks of time to submit one. Use that time to look for something else if you can stand to stay.
Good luck. I’m not even applying because I don’t need the operating committee knowing my medical situation only to reject it. Anecdotally, I do know one person that got approved for anxiety.
I haven't seen anyone in our division get the accommodation. I have 3 who applied on my team (valid reasons) and they were rejected. I was very surprised, given their medical situations.
In my gut, I know 2 of them will leave WF. These are 2 of my top performers and I feel helpless. WF has taken any control out of mgrs hands. It is absurd and is making me rethink whether I should leave, too.
