Does anyone know the difference between "Consulting Engineer" and " Technical Consulting Engineer" ? although we do the same job we have different titles in my org. Is it an indicator of different grade or what ?

A Consulting Engineer's call center shift can be assigned to any hours of the day.
A Technical Consulting Engineer's call center shift is limited to 8AM-6PM.
TCE is grade 11 and up, while CE is below that.
One is in TAC (Technical Consulting Engineer) and the other is what Formally known as AS (Consulting Engineer).
They don't do the same job...
