No 401k match until end of year.
Means we’re missing out on a lot of gains from our company match.
Don’t get me started in the 401k maintenance fee we now have to also pay.

It’s highway robbery. I had a manager let go dec 10th and didn’t get match for the entire year.
Shut yo mouff… those maintenance fees are C.J.Tolkin’s allowance.
Don’t forget that the announcement to switch to annual matching was buried within the announcement of moving to Empower rather than transparently communicated to employees.
@zdb+1fUPK2Qx — My question has to do with what sounded like a separate maintenance fee beyond what is already built into the 401(k) funds. The original posting seemed to indicate a new, additional charge has been implemented.
I called Empower today and was told no separate or additional fees were added.

Bank couldn't even manage the 401k's anymore. Really a hard fall from the heyday.

What maintenance fee? I’m a retiree and didn’t see anything about a maintenance fee.

Didn't we beat this subject to death back in January? Yes, you have to be an employee of record on 12/15 to get your match. Don't like it, leave or invest your money elsewhere.
