I actually laughed out loud when I saw the "investing in people report". Glad to see I am not the only one thinking it was ridiculous.
Is this company about getting liquids out of the ground creating hi tech chemicals and fueling our country. Or is it about PR/HR type topics. Also quit pushing the managers away from engaging their teams, champion them to get their hands dirty with their team. Set standards and expectations and enable the team. Also stop with the photo OPs .
Even the hipos are moving on.
