Disrespectful behavior of managers towards the most loyal employees is shameful. This was my dream job, but after seven years, after seeing a lot of what goes on here, I no longer have any respect for BNY Mellon. Admittedly though, BNY Mellon is not even trying to earn the respect of its employees.
