Annandale moral is terrible, wage and technical still leaving the company. Management is corrupt, contractors are treated better than employees! 102,475 need to go, Just waiting for the announcement about closure. Pilot plant on borrowed time tick, tick…NJRSC move was a mistake, outsourcing coming. Steve where are you? Maybe a picnic will help, I miss Mr. Frosty 🍦

All I can say is the moral is infinitely better once you take the NSI and get a vacation. There are opportunities with companies that actually need employees. Not the case with XOM.

Lowest I’ve seen in 20+years and expect it to get worse as we enter this year’s cycle. “Heritage” EMCC

The morale at XOM Beaumont chemical O&A plant is at a all time low. People working tons of overtime because management has pulled so many people for small projects. No family time is making people leave and more of them to follow. Management doesn’t seem to address concerns and that’s making people want to go somewhere else to enjoy their life.

Morale is great! Most have checked out, so getting the same salary for much less work. Folks leaving all the time and being replaced by contractors, so work is now just telling contractors what to do. Productivity much lower, so less work is coming in.

They've done a first quintile job of delivering the self fulfilling prophecy. EM is a poorly performing corporation which we're doing the best job to live up to!

In my little slice of the world, not that great.

A fair number actively planning to jump or already jumped, more just kinda checked out. Can't think of anyone that's engaged in the way I used to see for a lot of folks 3-4 years ago. Maybe a few of the hi-pos but even they're leaving now too.
