Anyone get a survey yet? Anyone hear anything about hybrid?

52 weeks x 5 days a week= 260 total
20 vacation days+11 holidays+10 sick days= 41 days
260-41=219
I can show up and give you115 bafe swipe days and work from home 114 days a year... my final offer..see me more in office than out...other than that I will continue to be a negative / complaining employee until I retire or get fired or find something better
We were told that wfh is flexible BUT make sure you are working in the office more days than you work from home.
People are leaving in droves because the bank doesn't care for our opinion.
No survey will be conducted. The mid year survey will be the same as last year and will not mention RTO or WFH. I bet my left nut on that!
Doubt there will be a survey because they already know 83%+ will want hybrid or full WFH… and they have no intentions on sharing those results with folks :-D
One leader actually tried telling a large audience just this week that associates were stopping her in the lobby saying “oh I’m so much more productive being back in the office..” haha! Nobody believes that. I was back for a week before they sent us home again and I was hardly more productive.. kept getting random visitors stopping by to chat, had to walk further than my kitchen to grab lunch, further walk to the bathrooms that are a mile away in our building, and then there’s the commute that eliminated 90 minutes that I’d usually be working from home.
WE ARE NOT STUPID. THE WORLD HAS CHANGED (AND PEOPLE DONT WANT TO BE PACKED INTO A GERM INFESTED OFFICE WITH BRIGHT A-S LIGHTS AND LOUSY AIR FILTRATION). WE HAVE OPTIONS AT REASONABLE COMPANIES WHO OFFER FLEXIBILITY.

What is your hybrid schedule? Curious as to if it’s two or three days from home.
Nothing official, but unofficially told it won't be required to be in office 5 days a week. Just don't end up on any list once they start tracking again. Just make it a policy and be done with it!!!

Hybrid as in people were asked to go back but some did and some didn’t? I am so confused how some people are still WFH. Share your secrets, friends!
Loan processing already has been given approval for hybrid. I haven’t heard of anyone else. I don’t know anyone in my immediate area that has gotten the survey.. yet, if at all.
