In my team, half of the people are looking for a new job and the other half is hoping the next layoffs round will include them. The way things are going, EM will find itself rather desperate for employees at some point in not so distant future. Don’t think so! There are hundreds of LSU, TCU, A&M graduates dreaming to work for EM.

Agree. I'm seriously hoping for NSI to get some more cash before I go. Job market is very good right now, need to get back to more serious professional development.
