GE Healthcare equals neglected facilities (leaks/black mold, deserted facilities; furry co-workers with pink noses and tails; prison like security)
Crazy schedules (unrealistic, bosses disagree on dates; benefits outsourced to India; Build to schedule without parts or parts obsoleted years ago in horded shot supply)
Driving 600 + miles while bleeding for "In Network" urgent care
Curiosity led me here. Do not join 3M either. Current sh*tfest is caused by years of inheriting ex-GE management
9 years here and it was OK. it could have been better but it's far from the grim tale others are trying to tell.
I could not agree more! I am telling my nieces, nephews and close network of colleagues and friends advising them to not to go and work for GE.
Some of them have told me already that they know and have heard about the constant layoffs at GE and for just that reason have looked elsewhere for employment.
More head-whacking to resume in May 2022. The timing is needed before the split up of the Company.
GE continuously pays below market rates for the er' um' "privilege" of working there.
