Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Just saw the rubble where Tempe 1207 was

Went past the Honeywell Tempe campus yesterday and 1207 was gone. I am curious if the whole campus was sold or if Honeywell still operates the rest of it. Also curious what it will become, apts, non Honeywell office park, etc

In an amazing display of financial astuteness, HON saw fit to spend over $1M on new elevators and a few hundred grand more on restroom refurbishment in 1207 within one year of "sunsetting" the building, which is now a pile of rubble. Meanwhile, the restrooms in the lab building and elsewhere are disgustingly dilapidated, and roof leaks in DV buildings put pricey test facilities at risk. Brilliant!

1230 building is still there, right? So likely scenario is what happened at Torrance years ago. Build non-H in front with H facilities behind at least until they move those elsewhere.

19th ave plant is on the list then they give up the Space plant and move to Florida where they love the politics.

Two large warehouses to be built on the former 1207 parking lots bordering warner road. The water retention area will remain in place. Small parking lots at the front of the buildings with loading docks in the rear adjacent to the existing Honeywell site.

LOL. Most of our buildings where we do real work, eng etc, are old, and not at all up to std for a so called dream trying to be recognized as a software company
But oh, they have a new building at corporate and sky harbor is being updated with millions of $, but not 34th or 19th streets, eh?
Hearing Amazon wants the site for warehouse seems on par as most of our dumps are not even considered human inhabitable by true tech companies which is why they convert to warehouse or pc farms
