If yes, are they useful at all? What do you cover and how is it structured?

Regular meetings....bwahahaha. That's just cr-p you write down in your PDS, you don't actually do it. I've had assignments where I literally never met my supervisor nor manager as they go through too fast to get their tickets punched. Just had qu----e annual review. All good I'm out in the world working and they're moving up. It's what I asked for and I'm not complaining. That's the Exxon way.
Monthly with my supervisor. Did 20+ years without such a high frequency, last few years I now 'need' them monthly.
No value added.
Not with my manager but with my supervisor
I'm confused. If you report directly to me, I'm your manager. You are my direct report.
Nope nope only once a year during reviews
NOPE. My manager only has 1:1 with his direct reports, a few HiPos, and random young WIN class.
