Just curious what states have 4 day work weeks or if there have been recent changes in your state.

@9rqk+1fZzwxGa Sweetie: Don't work a job with keystroke expectations. Work a job that requires thought and research without high quotas. Also, train the keystroke monitor to expect you are a slow typist. Master the beast! Do your research for cheats. #TeamCenteneSweetie
“When I worked from home, I always worked a 4 day week - although I was scheduled and paid for 5. Wink-wink“
Microsoft Teams is the new big brother to prevent that. I’m sure they can run a report to figure out how many keystrokes an hour your keyboard has. 🙄

@xrw+1fZzwxGa Are you guys in office or at home?
MI market call center reps have 4 day weeks
Ohio Centene employees started 4 day work weeks in January. Today, we were told this wasn’t continuing with no explanation.
Some states already have it, some states have it and are being told it is ending. Seems like a golden carrot being dangled for nothing as a way to advertise flexibility. Wondering if it’s a state by state decision, or a corporate one. There is no home/work balance working for Centene 5 days/week.
Anyone heard whisperings of this possibly happening? I don’t see this happening with all departments, at least in the IL market. Providers would go nuts if we were all off Mondays or Fridays.
