Did it say what it was admired for? That's an important detail. Could be for having the weakest management team but still stays alive. Or maybe admired for keeping the promise to Alexander Hamilton to not change anything until he returned from the duel.

It is to be admired if you are form the Charlie school of cutting costs, weeding out people, and squeezing the regular workers to do the work of multiple people on the cheap. From a CEO standpoint, I suppose it is impressive from a cutthroat standpoint.
