Another senior leadership individual has packed there bags and left Mondelez. The writing is getting clearer and clearer. Heard more budget cuts coming in April with elimination of territories as all the regions needs to cut costs. Wonder if they will offer any severance packages to get to those costs.

Hahahaha, tons of money! Guess its all relative! NO SR or merchandiser of any level makes "tons of money" in my book! Most are a paycheck or two away from being broke. Changes are coming, and they have been coming for years. If they haven't touched you yet, they will! Be ready!
With it being 2 months away I would they a announcement would of happen or it’s very soon. I could see super territory’s coming too dsd. Get rid of a few reps per team again and everyone have 20 accounts to write for maybe.
