Be Committed, - so HON can make money

Their behaviors are more like:

  1. be zealous for unpaid overtime and be thankful that you still have a job
  2. Forget that you have any empathy and regularly throw your teammates under the bus.
  3. Take credit for the work of others and use that for whatever promotion you can.

Have a Passion for Winning - At all cost to include "blaming other functions!"
Be a Zealot for Growth - Just change my metric to "On Time to Promise"
Think Big ... Then Make It Happen - Bet Big on Executive encounters to "speak only in the 1st person !"
Act with Urgency - Wlak fast in rooftop halways, play on phone when eyes are out of site and "move my mouse!"
Be Courageous - Oh I back bite and am the employee "banker of gossip"
Become Your Best - Assure the new leader, "we are so glad you're here"
Be Committed, - so HON can make money

It doesn't matter what you exhibit everyone gets a 5 on the performance review, you can be the smartest person or the worst everyone gets a 5.
