Try so hard to get people to resign. Why would the person be on this site in the first place if they ‘have resigned’? When someone try’s to push you so hard to do something they haven’t done you should be skeptical. As for me I will make up my own mind and now I am staying.

Looks like activity on the board is slowing down. while Fiserv still appears on the most active list views are off I attribute to since they left Fiserv also moved on from the site. Sure is heck not that Fiserv has changed if anything leadership double down on lunacy. Comments.

No one is deciding to leave the company based on the anonymous posts to this site. No one. Even spouses and close friends may caution you, saying, "That place is eating you alive." It doesn't matter. The only reason people move on is because they finally convince themselves a particular environment is no longer tolerable.
I continue to visit this site just out of curiosity. If folks want to stay or are apprehensive about leaving, I understand and I wish them well. It is none of my concern.
What is the cap for severance? Was it 16 weeks? I forgot.
I wish I would get laid off. 6 months of severance would be a minor drop in the bucket compared to the many years of torture I have put up with at Fiserv.
You should make up your own mind for sure! And there are pros to staying so if that works for you, that is great.
I left but I check this site sometimes to see how things are going. I check another previous employer too. Not really sure why, just a type of curiosity I suppose, to see if they ever actually manage to change, or just are still as bad@
Seriously, stop with the 44k legions of happy workers who are thrilled with the direction of the company and worship the CEO like he's a god. YOU are actually the one who doesn't work here, or never has, or you are indeed a shill who is being paid to try to control the narrative and do damage control because our customers read this board too. I literally can't think of one single person on my team or across my business unit who doesn't believe this place has gone in the trash as compared to where it was only three years ago. Post your rah rah bu-----t all you want, but all of us who actually DO work here know the truth. And why would people encourage others to leave once they have resigned? Because we used to be a strong team and we still care about each other, so it's kind of like trying to save family from a house fire even though you are out of the building.
