With everything going on I’m curious if there are folks out there who are beginning to look elsewhere for a job or are embracing the RTO.

Yes, after bending over backwards for my department, as many others have, they didn’t allow negotiations for promotions and I now I will make a great deal less due to no OT pay. Degrading for sure and decreases all motivation
I will continue to WFH 90% of the time until they fire me.
It brings my joy to see these comments. Best of luck to all of you who are standing up to the madness.
During the COVID era my work week increased from 50 to 60 hour weeks… and often more. With the new standards for my productivity adding on a two hour round trip daily commute would be 70 hours. I resigned.
No. My boss told me I would earn an additional 5% for every employee’s work that I take on. Going to be a big payday for me in 2022. Hopefully they don’t realize this tilts to my favor. I don’t need to eat, sleep, or ever see my family. By staying on the job 24/7, I gave up my apartment, drink free office coffee, and eat the rto food they supplied. You guys are not aware of the rto food because I took it away before anyone could see it. Loving my life now!
Yes, already have begun my search. A lot of opportunities out to there. It’s funny in the beginning of the pandemic I was so proud to be a part of BNY Mellon because of how they supported their employees. Guess what, because of that we flourished. I’m not a against a hybrid approach at all. I am against forcing vaccination as a condition of employment. That’s a slippery slope. Bad job by the bank here, I was expecting more.
Looking hard....not getting a booster for these psychopaths.
I started my job search today.
Not getting the booster, getting over Covid now.
I’ll just wait until they let me go .
Poll: Yes, 'm taking early retirement.
Poll: No, I will stay.
Poll: Yes, I will look elsewhere.
I will never be in the office, since I am unvaxxed. Basically just waiting to see when they will fire me. Should be amusing
