I wouldn't agree with those who say that nothing has changed here for years. It is changing, but unfortunately, for the worse. I got a job here almost 12 years ago. I think it is almost impossible to compare this place with what it was a decade ago. The atmosphere, the colleagues, the attitude towards the employees - everything was much different. I would never apply here today. How different was everything when you first came here?

I joined the Bank a little over 5 years ago and it was a totally different experience just then. I just left to go somewhere else...

Definitely not the same. It used to feel like more of a family atmosphere and now it’s a totally different place.

Very different from today for me too. Much more employee friendly and I learned a lot from others.
