I think the criteria to get a management position here is to be clueless but great at a-s-kissing. If you're clueless, you're not a threat to anybody above you. And if you are good at a-s-kissing, they know you'll just nod your head and say yes to whatever they say. Anybody with a strong work ethic and a mind of their own need not apply.

BOD has had some decent managers, not the weeble though, he’s just a wobbly sweaty mess of a man.
Hard but true. For every decent manager at Weatherford there are five who are utterly incompetent and totally out of their depth.
A good manager will spend 1000 dolla to save a nickel then blame the field hands when the junk falls apart in the middle of a job
