The trolls on this site really are the bottom feeders of online trolling.
There will be a whole new cadre of brown-shirted Mask-stapo on each floor with clipboards and lists asking "Paperzh? Ver ah your paperzh pleaze?"
You assume a persons management is in the same office as the employee? Do all managers know these people on sight? There is no way to enforce it, so it makes no sense to even say it.
Our entire team is based in Des Moines. Our manager is in Charlotte. All levels above him are in NY. Who exactly will be checking us to ensure we are following mask protocols?
Vaccine status reporting based on employee responses is already out there and circulating.

Masking for “unvaccinated” only is a joke. They are just covering their as--s. Call it what if is, mask optional. We have all seen how this plays out. The only people that will mask are the people he-l bent on not catching covid.
I wish this were true, I’d take a long extended paid vacation. But there is zero chance at least for this to happen with my team of 50 or so. Since the locations tagged to names no longer say the hub address, it is easy to tell the remote folks. 90% of my team is remote. Our skills aren’t necessarily unique, but replacing everyone that is not within 40 miles of an office would take a while. Not because we are irreplaceable, but because there are so many of us that are not near an actual office. But will definitely be looking for this “you are effectively laid off due to your location” email. I’d be pumped.

People within 40 miles will have to go in, everyone else outside of 41 miles will get walking papers and 2 years for each year you were here, there will be a second email about that to each remote person. Sorry to say... but Wells does not respect us, care about us only the bottom line... they have to remember who was making the BANK run while working for home... they loved us then but now, I guess we can all go FU%k ourselves according to them.... for me and I truly mean this. I accepted a job TODAY so I am giving two weeks notice after I take my time off..... bye my friends, I will miss my co-workers whom I have spent many years side by side sweating every new manager and merger..... Bye.......

If you live in an at-will state you are not at lol required to give any notice period. I suggest sending a message by quitting the Friday before your new gig. Zero notice, cause f them!
