I quit after more than two decades and am enjoying my two weeks of PTO as they shut down system access same day. A half dozen peers left in Jan before bonus b/c the companies they went to paid a signing bonus. For many more it's simply timing and stock options vesting as stated prior.

Might take me longer to quit this website as the ongoing dumpster fire is always entertaining...

Yawn. Boring overused joke from an unoriginal wannabe.

The only people who get the “pat on the head” are the yes-men and the Koolaid drinkers, not the independent employees who dare to question our archaic leadership.

Check the weekly Charlie headcount thread. People ARE leaving.

Anyone who believed all that talk is clueless. They're always all talk. Petulant children demanding that Daddy Charlie take them seriously.

All they get is a pat on the head, and they'll never actually leave.

The only way OP can get any attention in life is by being a troll on an anonymous website. How pitiful is that?

You sound charming. Of course, a loser like you will never quit because you know no one else will hire you.

OP Where are you getting your facts and figures? Or are you just a bully who can only their rocks off on anonymous sites because you are such a big zero in real life?

@vwj+1fdTwWzR it won't be you pitching with that moist wet catchers mitt you got there.

Sure! But you won’t be the pitcher, you’ll be the catcher. And my guess is that you’ll cry like a baby when you come out from behind your little keyboard.

@yvx+1fdTwWzR I'll decide what's my business. I like the view from the top of my horse. You sound like a big va---a so maybe we can hook up?

As others have said, I'm waiting to get through my final interviews and receive an offer. It may not happen, so I'll apply elsewhere and keep grinding until it does happen. It would have been nice to line up perfectly when bonus was paid out, but a few weeks more won't ki-l me.

Also, at this point I'm so close to getting my RSU vested in March, I might as well push out my new start date until then to get some of that stock I received in years past.

We've lost 2 in my group this week. One just quit with nothing lined up yet and the other got another job.

It's happening, but not everyone had an offer in hand to turn in their resignation on Monday. We'll see it pick up pace in the next few weeks, I believe.

Stock grant vesting in mid-March.

Not everyone has a new job start date that is the exact day after the bonus clears the bank account.

After my maternity leave I’m leaving. It’s really the only thing that is keeping me. If I leave before the baby is born then I would lose my FMLA

Lots of folks I know resigned this week. Not sure what you are seeing that indicates resignations are not occurring at heightened levels. Just look around and talk to employees in other groups. It is hard to ignore.

Some already left, some won’t be returning from maternity leave. For me it comes down when RTO and the vax requirements are put in place, if they do.
Until then I’ll keep collecting my fat paycheck.

I know of 4 gone. Another just found the next spot. It is happening. I think most folks wanted everything lined up first.

Left recently for full time remote, for a 32% increase in pay. Walked out with my bonus, 401k and moved on. It's happening, you just may not see it.

Just wait until RTO is announced….only ones left will be boomers, and those that weren’t good enough to leave.
