Patience vs. Excitement

ExxonMobil: Patience Pays Off, Excitement Doesn't

https://seekingalpha.com/article/4485138-exxonmobil-patience-pays-off-excitement-doesnt

  • ExxonMobil's stellar performance over the past year and a half has come as a surprise to many, given all the negative sentiment at the time.
  • Even as the company is about to dial-up its capital and exploration expenditures, forward free cash flow yield still remains attractive.
  • The dividend appears safe for now, however, investors should not rule out an adverse scenario going forward.

I think you misunderstood the article. The company's performance of last year had nothing to do with how sh---y things are going at XOM. It's just an OG cycle typical. The patience here means waiting for the industry cycle to return high. It did not mean patience to see the XOM leadership to make a great comeback.

I'm repeating again. The XOM leadership is still s*** and getting worse everyday. XOM performance is just a matter of the market recovery. Good investors know when to keep the stocks, not necessary the

The “negative sentiment” has nothing to do with employees you d-mb a$$, it is referring to negative sentiment about the o&g industry from politicians, environmentalists, and reduced demand. Please post your names so we can PIP you for being such an id--t. Sorry to have to tell you, but you are not the center of the universe. XOM doesn’t care about you and neither do investors or anyone other than your mommy. And no, the “stellar performance” had very little to do with the unfair “PIP” but was mainly higher selling prices and higher demand.

They should have also highlighted that ExxonMobil's stellar performance has mainly be from their massive unfair PIP program.
