Slidware is right. Farley clearly just reading to us from a script, as if it is the first time he is reading it himself. Guy is a joke. I thought Hackett was bad. The brown all over his nose from Bill's rear-end says all you need to know.
The SlideWare in meetings has gotten to ridiculous levels
We are dominating:
TaaS transportation as a service
MaaS mobility as a service
DaaS data as a service
CaaS charging as a service
OaaS office as a service (train station)

Perhaps we should also sell LaaS, lay-off as a service as we certainly have experience doing that.
I’ve talked to people that have been in Farley meetings. The common theme is that he thinks he knows everything. He is no better than the last 2 CEO’s maybe worse.
Ford would have been much better off with Joe Hinrichs. Everyone misses him.

The real joke is Farley. And yes, it is on us because we all report up to him.
Wait until his compensation package for 2021 get released......I'll set the over/under at $20 million.
I get the point of this message --- BUT --- maybe the real joke is on us. We think he should care about how/what he says (and that it should be logical), but in reality he probably just got a multi-million dollar bonus for constantly saying "intelligent" things like that. So, he (and most of the executive team) don't really care about product, delivery, leadership, setting an example for us to follow, costs, etc. because that would be real work on their part - when they can still make millions of dollars (each and every year) for just trying to sound important, and basically running their mouths. The leadership team have basically become politicians or company cheerleaders. They have no real leadership or business skills anymore though; just like very few politicians have any skills to run an entire country (yet they all come out millionaires, too). JF will get another million dollar bonus if he says something else like "We won't have as many recalls if we improve our quality". And he and Billy will get even more money from the government if they just play the woke game, than if they actually try and run a competitive, product/customer focused business - and guess what, that is what they are doing. So that is what we are all stuck with. And some (hopefully not many of us regular workers) will lose our health/jobs while working here trying to perform and getting or attempting to get in this work environment "actual" results for this company. While the same executives are jet setting around to resorts all over the world or racing their hobby cars around giving out interviews. This is what I mean when I say "maybe the joke is on us".
And we’d all be billionaires, if only we each had a billion dollars. Farley is just smoke and mirrors, don’t look behind the curtain.
Reminds me of his claim that Fusion would overtake Camry when it was redesigned in 2012.
