- You are still allowed to work 3 out of the 5 days at home- that's still pretty good.
- They can REALLY monitor everyone to strictly work only 3 days a week? Isn't WFH better than calling off "sick" or something?
- What happens when another strain or variant invariably pops up? Back to WFH exclusively again?
- All the essential in-office people were never checked to see if they were vaxed and boosted for the past 2 years. So why would now be any different?
- The potential for lawsuits is outrageously high- I cannot see how one could be fired for still wanting to WFH.

@vut+1fedwQxm - Mo--n. You are exactly the kind of employee this company wants - a stupid one. This whole issue is about employees being forced to get a booster shot for a virus with a 99% survival rate. Todd is not a doctor. He and the board must must have stock in the vaccine companies and hope to cash in big. It’s the only thing that makes sense as to why the are force mandating vaccines. Wake up people.
There are no firm guidelines or even one source of facts. As always internal group politics and manager friendships will trump policies
I am looking forward to seeing footprints on the elevator doors when we report back to the office!
There's clear guidelines on flex. It's not up to the manager how many days you come in, it's what days you need to come in. They are mandatory forcing full flex to come in 3 days min and your manager can make you come in on your wfh home if it's needed.
Soon the 3 day will be full 5 days, with the way they are laying down the pipework. They are easing you in but the carpet will be pulled, probably by summer when they realize flex is disturbing business and ppl have their own schedule that contradicts other teams and no "collaboration" is being done.
We were sitting too close for comfort before Covid and I most certainly don’t want anyone close to me now.
That’s a no thank you. Covid or no covid!
you're missing the point of flex work. It's up to each individual managers to set their team's work schedule. So if you have questions or issues with the work schedule, it should be addressed to their manager.
So many people don’t have the shot or the booster so how will this work ? And why is it being forced when other companies like MetLife are allowing full time remain home with minimal reason to go in . If they do they just need to wear a mask. No shot requirement
I only went in to the office 3 days a week before covid.
I hate the thought that my TV watching and couch sitting will be reduced by 40%
Three out of five days work at home, is this new because before it was three days in the office.
- True, but why not all 5??
- Good points.
- Very good point.
- Wow: I never thought of that. Those people were not checked and roamed throughout the buildings for all that time.
- I agree.
It’s not 3 home . It’s 3 in office . And they make zero since when there is no clean air. There is no way to social distance either
