Petition to not Return to office

Anyone else want to pull a Reddit and sign a petition to not return to the office? There is power in numbers….. 😈

Also, I love how they are expecting supervisors and peers to help enforce the mask mandate for unvaccinated employees. This is sure to build morale.

I enjoy the hybrid schedule. Connecting with your team mates 3 out of 5 days is a good thing. COVID is over, at least in the Covington area. Office masks will be gone soon, which would be long overdue.

The petition to not return to office has existed forever. Just ask for a pink slip.

I was thinking of going to a 4/10 schedule, working ten hours Mon-Thur and then working from home every other week. Thoughts?

Bottom line, you’ll do as you are asked, and will like it, or, you’ll be gone, it’s that simple. If you did not need the job, you’d have left by now, but you did not. Hence, like many, you are an indentured servant, spouting off, on an anonymous layoff website all about your right. Ohhhh, the irony…

@npp+1ffC2SwZ what types of questions and answers were being asked in the supervisors meeting?

Yeah don't go crying to lyin' Ted or can't keep the power on Abbot when you feelings get hurt when companies make mask or vaccine mandates

All those who don't like mask or vaccine mandates can leave their job if they don't like it as well. That red.neck argument can be used both ways. If you don't like it you are a hypocrite.

If you’re not interested in going in, don’t! Find another job that will allow you to work from home. Simple.

I told my direct reports to schedule their meetings and be seen by who they need to be seen by. Every other week to check the box is enough for me. It’s such a silly charade. In the supervisor meeting they tried to brainwash us again. They didn’t answer a single question, and there were some very good questions. They danced around everything. SG showed he has no leadership or conviction. Lost even more respect for him today.

just don't go in. Most supervisors are willing to offer flexibility.

You can take your petition and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.

Putting my name on that could be a differentiator at PMP time. I’ll pass.
