I don’t remember getting a voice in anything. And maybe they should take a step back and think “you know, maybe this system where we are rewarded at 2.5 times the multiplier of our already larger bonuses as our working teams, is flawed. We should fix this.”
Let’s see if they do the right thing.
Clearly the "One Ford Behaviors" are for us GSR/ LL6 to follow and not leadership. When they first did the calculations and saw the massive disparity, they had a chance to say - hold on, this is just wrong....but they didn't. They put themselves rather than the "little people" first and DID NOT "Do the right thing". Nope. "One Team" and we are a "family"... my a$$. Nothing but BS.
