Too bad STI's aren't in the contract. Oh well, back to my telephone pole I go.
Very good year. 110% STI and my first raise in 3 years (4%). I had been told I’m maxed out in the band and they finally raised band 7 top range from 130k to 134k. It’s about time.

GNT just posted their STI at 110% as of this morning.

With inflation higher this time, I would suspect a higher merit increase and a lower STI than last year.

You will know on 3/14 for raises and sti sr leadershit got the amount today but cant release on monday but everyone getting above 100% sti aa long as you in the role for a year if u check about you it show the amount for 2021, i saw 2 weeks ago where u view 2020 payout it now shows 2021.
