Did they remove the ability for us to look up job families and the salary by region info? The job posts have salary info but its meaningless if it says 60-180K and has no bonus target. Has HR gotten rid of this information on purpose for some reason?

Best bet is to find the job you're looking for posted from the location you want. Want to see the differential? Go find that same job posted out of a higher priced market. The difference in pay range from, say, Charlotte to NYC will be obvious using this method.
Every post has a variety of location it can include but start where the posting is targeted to - that's what the posted range is based on.
salary ranges encompass all geo differential areas and are base only. so what you see is the low end of the lowest area differential, to the high end of the highest area differential.
They do not include any bonus, since there are no longer targets for specific job families or levels.
Salary information has now been outsourced to Glassdoor.com. everyone go there and anonymously enter your title and salary so we can all benefit from knowing how much some of these jobs pay.

Total compensation range is no longer posted. The salary posted in job openings is the base salary. There is no place where base + bonus is posted anymore.

Like another person said, the pay ranges you see are broad because they encompass salary + bonus (because bonus targets went away) and they encompass area differentials. Just one broad range to account for all 3 things. If you go into workday and look under the career app, there’s an area to look up job families and their pay ranges.

Midpoints no longer exist, bonus targets no longer exist. It’s all about what you already make, what you made last year, and what the average person in the role makes/made last year for both salary and total variable compensation. Talk to your manager and do some digging on teamworks, I won’t say it’s been crystal clear, but there have been a lot of communications and materials. Good luck.
