Why is there a big push from the union to complete the pulse survey?

They claim that the Pulse survey is "anonymous" but is it really? Always read the fine print. In so many words, if you mention anything about harm to anyone or harm to the company " it may be reported to VZ Security" which means that it will be reported. I've learned in my 30 years in this company that "may" most definitely means "yes". It is a good platform though to tell them off and let the know that we're not stupid and do notice all the outright underhanded, discriminatory and illegal activities that they engage in.
Because they know that angry people are much more likely to take pulse surveys than happy people. They need to stack the deck.
Make sure to take the full hour to do it!
Because it is almost 2023 and after 2023 no unionite will give a good review on the survey.
cmon mannnnnn. the union is just an extension of mgmt these days. and any one who thinks differently. wake up.
