Need any more proof Ford is a sl------l company?

Between the bad quality our management knowingly demand get passed through - DPS6 anyone. The most recent SRD failure AND in your face age discrimination. Whose orchestrators are still with the company and got 135% bonuses...Plus years of the same behavior. Does anyone need anymore proof Ford is a sl------l company filled with degenerate leadership?

Because the people making the rules are the ones who profit.
It is the same reason why abusive LL* go unchecked for decades, only rarely do they get canned, the victims get blamed.

Why would you set up a system where it is even possible for your senior managers to get a 135 percent allocation while their working teams get barely half of theirs. Their bonus is are already significantly higher and now you’re going to give them 2.5 times the multiplier because……that’s what the calculation told you to do?

Not a good look Ford. We know life isn’t fair, but dang…
