Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

C-19 impact on HON headcount: US -23%, non-US -6%, overall -12%

Above percentages are changes from 12/31/19 (pre C-19) to 12/31/21. Also, US share of total employees was 39% and 34% at 12/31/19 and 12/31/21, respectively. This is what great "American" companies look like in 2022.

Never let a good crisis go to waste. It is no surprise that management exploited this tragedy to accelerate their offshoring plans. Overall, the Fortune 500 companies are a net destroyer of US jobs and catalysts for wealth inequality. HW is one of the worst offenders,
public enemy #1. I’m looking forward to the day the chickens come home to roost.
