Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

What happened to "Hybrid" approach?

seems like they are asking groups of people to come back to office. recently i heard Management was thinking of "Hybrid" approach to allow people to work from home for probably 3 days a week or so.
However.....looks like all that Hybrid approach talk has gone down the toilet.

Does anyone in HR or anyone else actually know? Seems unrealistic that they wouldn’t implement hybrid since literally every other company and bank has.

The new plan is "just get everyone in" and then hope the problem goes away and the other approach is they want to define hybrid as "give people some time for them to attend their kid's soccer game".

They can't seem to come up with any approach. Hybrid approach? That's too complicated of a concept for them. Sounds like they are going to stick with no approach.

Chase along with a host of other banks went hybrid permanently. I can’t believe we are not.

If I recall a public interview with BM said will want everyone in first, then look at how things are down the road like hybrid.

I think still on, and they're trying to figure it out in terms of how they can best micromanage it.
