I have two interviews scheduled for next week.. I made complaints in vain. Nothing has changed and nothing will change for the better. The only way forward is to leave. The first offer came exactly when I definitely decided to leave and when I focused more on looking for a new job than on my job here.

The best choice is to leave. If you have an opportunity to go do it now. Wherever you go can just be a brief stop while you continue to look for a better position. In my experience over many years, every time I jumped ship it was for the better. Keep moving and don't look back. This place is run by dinosaurs and will take a long time to change for the better.
