Anyone here happy with OBA or AM?? How can we get the senior leadership to understand this new system is BS and it's affecting everyone's workload and ability to take care of clients. If you are a rockstar at it please share your best practices.

Onboard Assist and Authority Management. Senior leadership doesn’t see the flaws in it, only the bull**** that the genius ops ex folks sell as multi-million dollar saves in FTE. If or when it doesn’t yield results, blame will be shifted to a leader who has already vacated the role for a different company and the solution will be to hire cheaper workforce will be hired in Phoenix.
