Yeah, it’s a real head scratcher as to why, in 2010, the OCC and the Fed neglected to break up the most financially stable large bank of the Great Recession era.

Wow.

WF needs better controls at the very least, and 10 million for stealing from a client is pretty cheap.

Should have broken up this mess in 2010 and it's not too late.

Says Williams’ former financial adviser alleged that she “was of unsound mind."

The bank has to follow safety protocols otherwise next week you'll read in the news that WF was warned and she lost everything. This just tells me the bank has excellent operational risk controls in place.

On another note what is up with her face, its scary.
