So for those of you that had COVID before or lost a lived one from COVID, how do you plan to protect yourself from catching it again at the office or transmitting it to your household if you were exposed?
Are you ok with catching it again, like ready and know what you will be doing ?

I’m ok with getting COVID again. Vaxed, got it, got the monoclonal antibody infusion, got the second vaccine. I don’t worry at all about it… in fact I worked full time plus from home all 10 days of it.
Honestly it really is no worse than the flu.
Vitamin D and exercise.
Booster every 4 months, N95, and treating the unvaccinated like second class citizens.
Lots of articles coming out today about the booster only protecting you about 4 months or so. This will be interesting.

I’m not going in to the office. Problem solved. I recommend more do the same.
How is it going to play out when busy Hub locations have an outbreak? I worked at a smaller bank starting in October 2020 with 5-10 people trickling in to work a day or two per week, and the office would close for a few days when an outbreak happened. I hope it works out in the long-term and I hate to be negative, but this is going to be a nightmare for people with strict schedules and parents.
Try working in a branch, where all the special Covid policy exceptions were ended. Used to make people do things only in drive thru. Now it’s reversed something’s you can only do inside with an employee. They removed the options to allow inside things be drive thru.

I am putting in a request to my manager to change my work location to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. As we learned on Super Bowl Sunday, it is totally fine to be there without a mask, even during a state of emergency.

It will be very funny when the AC makes me cough and sneeze every 5 minutes due to sensitive sinus. I will not wear a mask too. Let the bells ring, it will be fun
I’m vaccinated and plan on wearing a mask in the office when there. I don’t want to have to work that way, and I don’t think anyone will be able to hear me on the phone, but that is how I plan on rolling. I also plan on taking as many breaks as I can get away with and going outside to breath fresh air.
I understand that Wells Fargo feels the need to get business “back to normal”, but I will protect myself as much as possible and stand up for myself.
Wells has put our lives and health at risk in many ways through the years: Demanding that we drive in to work in snow and ice, extremely sedentary and stressful jobs, staring at screens 8 hours/day, not giving real sick days so we end up working next to some one sick who wants to save their PTO days, managers who are patronizing to employees who do call in sick. They have made it abundantly clear that we have to protect ourselves however we can. And I will.

By getting a new job. The team I'm on now seems to have someone new with covid every other week while we're still at home. About half of us sit in the same location. NO thanks
Is it true you get 5 days sick pay when you're covid positive? That's what my boss said. If that time is separate from PTO WF is going to be paying a lot of people who aren't in the office.
I've given up on everything so I guess I'll just go on with the routine. Fatalistic. Whatever.
I've had it as well as multiple friends and family. All of us were vaccinated as well. COVID was less severe than the symptoms from the second shot. I'm not feeling the need for the booster now and I figure I'll just have to suck it up and deal with it just like any other virus.
Why do I need to? COVID is now an endemic, so even if I catch it I will continue to go to the office and will not wear a mask. It’s just a cold, I wont even bother getting tested.
I’m not concerned for my sake, but seeing how they still consider people fully vaccinated after having only two shots is an absolute joke.
This is not about your safety.
