Your Opportunity

The Director will serve as the Strategy Lead for Enterprise Communications of Regulatory Experiences, which manages the digital platforms and experiences for firm-wide forms and disclosures. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on mitigating risk, driving scale, and optimizing client and stakeholder experiences. The Director must have a passion for building digital products and experiences that scale, the ability to manage complex regulatory work, and track record for driving change.

The Director will lead the strategy and design for our regulatory communication platform experiences. This role will be responsible for articulating the vision for the team and leading strategic initiatives that enhance and scale our platforms. The Director will also work with a wide range of stakeholders to optimize the end-to-end regulatory communication experiences. Cross-enterprise leadership and influence is crucial to the success of this role.

What you are good at

The successful Director will define and deliver the strategy for this team to optimize and scale regulatory communications. The scope ranges from product discovery, strategy, roadmap development, and partnering with product owners and technology to design and create modern, scalable product experiences. This includes, but is not limited to:
Deliver a best-in-class vision – focusing specifically on how we leverage technology to scale regulatory communications and mitigate risk
Develop and evolve the product strategy based on a deep understanding of the current state, platform gaps, stakeholder needs, risk management requirements, etc.
Create compelling, clear presentations for senior leadership and key partners that can be used to influence the strategic direction
Define our data strategy with key metrics and work with data partners to create reporting that drives data driven decision making
Partner with Product Management Lead to prioritize opportunities and develop the roadmaps for our products
Develop trusted business partnerships and work closely with key teams, including technology, Investor & Advisor Services businesses, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and channel teams to drive initiatives forward
Help implement product development lifecycle and agile best practices within team to build exceptional experiences on a healthy and scalable platform
