Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Commercial SAs > C2E

The planning has started to start to transition Commercial SAs to C2E. Leave Commercial while you can whether that is going to Enterprise, one of the architectures, or competition. Commercial SEDs can complain all they want about losing SAs but they refuse to take care of the SAs. They talk a big game but do very little and wonder why SAs leave their segment.

Commercial SED is not going to tell the truth cause it will accelerate the exodus they are already seeing. The commercial SEDs do not represent the SAs as they should.

Wrong. Commercial SED confirmed portfolio SAs will not be pooled.

It is coming to Commercial Select portfolio sellers, specifically SAs. The cost of doing business is too high in Commercial Select. The easiest costs to cut is the SAs. By pooling a portion of portfolio SAs, the savings is noticeable in bringing down the cost of doing business in Commercial Select.

No truth to this. C2E is working well for specialist and GVSE today (and makes sense to extend to CX, licensing, etc.), but makes no sense at this time for portfolio sellers.

I hope this is not true cause C2E is a disaster every time our team uses it. Our SEM makes us use it and tries to get us to say positive comments about C2E. It is horrible. C2E has cost us more business than it has won for us.

Commercial customers are too tiny for Cisco technology anyway. Maybe Meraki aka fisher price networking.

Cisco would be a more pleasant if all you unhappy employees quit. Toxic workers are creating so much chaos and more stress on staff who want to work at Cisco.
