They mysteriously moved my office. I submitted rto exception 2months ago and still no response. Previous notice said do not go in if your rto exception has not been reviewed? This is a mess! Cannot even fathom this.

Sorry, Charlie is not a Boomer. Charlie is Gen X and embodies all of the me first and lazy stereotypes of his generation…. With ONE BIG DIFFERENCE… his dad had connections to Jamie Dimon so he started at the top. Literally born into wealth.
Our team was given the line that people have to wait 6 months before they can request a relocation. YMMV
I would just go into the most convenient office and wait and see what happens. I'm guessing nothing knowing this place. You will meet the requirement of being in an "office". Just more SNAFU from leadership.
Just wait until RTO has started, then look into moving to a different building if you can
Employees seem to have a unhealthy sense of entitlement.
WF owes employees nothing but a paycheck and other compensation for work done.
If unhappy, just leave. There are tons of jobs out there. If you can't leave, be happy that you are accommodated despite other inadequacies.

Scumbags…all the them. No reason to force RTO. We’ve been operating just fine for 2 years now. Another opportunity blown by the dinosaur boomers in the C suite that continue to run this place into the ground.
Like most things from this management team, this was not too well thought out and they have no real plan.
Pre-covid our team was together in one building. Post covid we are now scattered across four buildings. Perfect collaborative sense…. Only one person got a closer commute.
