Anybody know if we are somehow approved to remain on work from home after the RTO date if they are going to try to go the Google route of cutting your salary? If they are, do you know by how much percentage-wise?

It hasn't made any difference to me, and I was recently changed to based-at-home status. I still live in the same place, though...I didn't move to some LCOL area.
Agree with the poster, that has not been shared with anyone and I think the reason is that no one knows.
Salary isn’t based on whether you work from home . And no some details arent completely laid out yet because they also want people 6 ft apart still when you are in office. There’s planning going on to determine who is able to go in , where they will sit and how often they need to be in .
Last year I was told that if I moved to a non-NY Metro location and WFH, my salary would be adjusted. Not sure if that changed for 2022.
Managers still don't have any details about RTO. Even after the Town Hall, they just repeated what was already sent in emails, and answered no questions.
