Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

RTO

All but two associates have returned to the office. The remaining two have not been invited back which means they have not provided their vaccine status. We were originally told the unvaccined would be in a different area as the ones that are vaccinated. It is not the case. They can continue to work from home.

Good. We will all be WFH again with the new variants.

I think one of the many versions of RTO emails says that first time employees returning to the office must show proof of a negative test or be tested onsite. Well guess what? I returned but did not get tested onsite and no one asked me for proof either even though i had proof. I don't blame people for not feeling safe returning!

went back months back and nobody else was there! I still went in. gave up after they sent us back home after the variant. I'm waiting for that March 1st date at this point.

You did NOT report and got called back in, wow, that is interesting. Cool, I am glad to be reading this. WFH would be great, not saying it isnt, just glad to see that unreported are being retained.

This is false. People who never reported vaccine status have been called back, people who have reported vaccine status haven’t been called back. At this point we are all just guessing as to what determines if you’ve gotten an RTO.

I never reported my status and got RTO email for 12/15/21. So it really has nothing to do with vax.
