Cut throttling culture for women

As a woman, I feel it’s harder for me to get promotion and more job responsibilities because management have a biased bro club culture. Diversity is a serious issue in global markets and need more awareness.

Try having 3 strikes against you, African American, Extroverted and G-y. When the office was open and having to train and work with H1B and overseas workers is the worst. I was a social outcast as soon as I came out and/or people started questioning my status. Tech is the worst field to be in now. My next job will definitely be working remotely so I dont have to put up with shady people. You can read the context of people; by the way someone talks and body language in person.

Get a job in talent acquisition. The only requirement for SVP is ovaries.

It’s not just women that are affected too - it’s basically anyone that isn’t an extroverted, aggressive, narcissistic, cutthroat, greedy alpha male. Those are by far the ones that succeed the most at BoA.
